why does my exceed data usage on the MyExede Customer Portal show me that I have 0% used of 0 GB allowance?

This happens at least 90% of the time. I have the Satellite Restriction Tracker and it has been stuck on the date 5-11-16 since about 5-11-16. I have deleted and reinstalled that app.

If you mean SRT is stuck on 0% of 0GB, that is a third party tool and may or may not still work. I've never had a need for it since I use Glasswire, if I need ore details than Exede provides.

The SRT no longer works on XP or Vista systems...since early may...you can still track you accurate usage here:

My fault - I'm using Mac OS 10.11. The link you gave me stills shows zero usage.

why does my usage saying 0.5 gm when it is suppose to read 0 my payment is due today so it should read 0
