Trouble with account info

On my account, my credit card info is wrong "Again"! I changed my account info in Feb 2015 to reflect my new account card info. I was auto billed for a couple months without a problem. Then about 6 or 7 months ago Exede decided to change my account info. Since the info was changed, my account was threatened due to nonpayment. I called straightened out the account got my service back. Then every month after that, the same thing happens every month. Computers don't go in to change info unless it is programmed to do so. Humans are the obviously screwing with my account. I provide money every month but never recieve internet monthly because Exede can't get my account right! Why? Every time I talk to some one to change my account they tell me it qwill not happen again because i am putting the info in. The next month they offer me money for my inconvience! I tell them to keep their money, I don't want your money, I want ineternet. Thats why I use your services... or should I? Even when I put my account number in the questions asked field to send this to Exede, they state my account can not be recognized. Thats why I post it here, hopefully someomne from Exede will see it and reply.
