Why do I keep paying my bill and get cut off from service

Hi John, if you are referring to the Google accounts, they have been disabled. We began communicating about our email migration beginning in July and sent both mail and email communications to affected customers.  As of September 20th, Google no longer supports @wildblue.net and @exede.net email addresses.  We have moved your email, contacts and calendar to our new email platform, Zimbra. If it is the new email, saend us an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and we'll review your account.
