Why Do I get shut down even tho I have data left or not on my plan it will kick me off

I would like to know why my internet shuts down all the way ,it has been doing this for the last 2 months and it does not matter if I use all my data up or not it will shut down and I have no internet to log back on,I hate having to pay for something I dont get to use,and I can be in the middle of talking to someone or checking something ,and get kicked off,so can someone please tell me what is going on,cause it is not right paying for internet and getting to use it,It is all hours of the day and night that this happens to me,never the same time, Please let me know what it is or if I can get credit for all the times it kicks me off.I know when I have just started new month and data it will still kick me off.

well, I am very disappointment,cause every time I turn around my internet is kicked off,and I know I have data ,and it should not matter if I do or not,it used to never kick me off,I Have gotten kicked off about 25-30 times yesterday all together,and did not get back on till just now, I AM so ready to find another provider ,I dont understand what is going on and I cant afford to buy any more date usage right now,I am on fixed income.

I Have sent info to website and  havent heard anything ,I would like to know why  am having so much trouble staying connected.Can you tell me if that is a toll free number,I do not have long distance on my home  phone?

Joyce, you are not alone. There  have been a large number of posts on this forum and the worldwide forum about this same loss of connection issue. The Exede moderators and employees are silent on any responses so far.

There is a toll free number you can call, but the other posters are reporting wait times up to 2 hours and longer, a certain indication that there are many others having this problem.

Thank you for the hone number Christine. I know I am very unset with them not doing anything,cause I can be i the middle of talking to someone or  paying a bill and get disconnected,and that is not very good when that happens,thanks again Christine.

I think something might be wrong with the software or the satellites or something. I've been getting disconnected repeatedly. Over 5 times in the past 12 hours and twice in the past hour. Speeds are very slow as well. It's driving me batty.

That is not the only time I have been losing  my internet connection,the day before it kicked me off 25-30 times during the whole day,but even before that like for about 2 months ,I kept getting kicked off,and it is not right .
