Why did my bill increase by $10 this month?

I am sick of my bills increasing with no explanations. Please explain to me why I should pay you more for nothing.

Did you perhaps bundle with DirecTV or with Exede Voice? Each of these gives you $10 off for 12 and 6 months respectively.

Other possibility is if you have gone behind your initial 2yr contract you would now be paing $10 a month for the modem lease fee

My monthly cost also just went up $10 a month,  and 49.95 is now 59.95. and it is now an added equipment FEE which is a legal way of  continually draining  money from you. Would have been a lot better if  we were allowed to just BUY the equipment as I did when I previously used their "competitor's" satellite service, instead of being forced to LEASE it.  Another bad is that I still have to live with an actual (measured) ~3mb/sec while paying for their claimed 10mb/sec.  Another sham.  I get cheaper and faster service utilizing my personal hotspot from my iPhone.
