why did my bill go up almost $40?

I switched plans over a month ago, bill went down to $81 for last month, on June 24th, I paid $81 for 10 gigs, this month the bill is $117, why?

We haven't changed prices however some things could alter your bill: a carryover balance, a change in your plans (we charge a month in advance so a bill that follows a change will be prorated) or things like data purchases or service calls.
