Roger, did you get a box to return the modem and Tria after you cancelled your service?  You can. and will be billed for them if you did not...

 Do you owe $15/month on any remaining months of your original 2-year contract??  You should call customer service and clarify your billing situation..

Just some reasons why you many still owe money even if you have cancelled your service.

Now that is a VERY good question.  As wm4bama said, you will need to contact exceed by phone or at exedelistens@viasat.com to get the answer.
