why cant i sign in?

Exede.. I have just about had my fill! When i check my data every week, I never know what i am gonna find. Like last month, i had to set up my new tablet twice, with all my apps etc. i only used 3 gb out of my 5gb. Now its 2 weeks in to my month and they are all gone.I live alone and 5gb should be more than enough.
