Are there enough IP addresses set up on your router?
Is there a software update available for your Kindle?
Have you checked the Kindle website for someone else having the same issue?

Hi Jesse,  Wes has great questions for you.  If you are able to use the internet , it is an issue with the Kindle. Please contact them. If you would like any additional information send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account number.

Is this a Kindle e-reader or a Kindle Fire tablet? The e-readers need a critical update to connect to the Internet: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201994710
