I am a ViaSat customer. My TV service is Dish Network. All my TVs are connected to my home network either through WIFI or Velop Nodes. Although I have access to OnDemand programing, Netflix and other similar Internet streaming, which indicates my Dish Hopper is connected to the internet, Dish Support says they can not "see" that I am connected to the internet. This is the reason I get when I complain that I cant use the "voice commands" mode on my remote control. Is there a known reason why Dish can't "see" my internet connection on their end?
