Why are data plans no longer being shown when I log into my account?

For about a week I was able to log into my account and view the new unlimited data plans available in my area, but now no plans are shown and it just says to call customer service if I want to change my plan. What's up with that?

Sounds like you need to call because the plans offered are on the new satellite. They will talk to you and explain that you need new equipment and a new 2 year contract.  Maybe....

They done the same thing when they launched this last satellite current customers had to wait behind new customers to up grade.This is the same thing that is happen to me again.
