Why am I getting this notice?

I just got this notice in my browser.

This notice says I have used up all mt data and it is from Dish. I do not have Dish nor do I have DirecTV. My account is directly with Viasat. I have not used up all my data as this next screen shot shows, which was taken moments ago.

What explains this?

I "think" I remember them having this problem with a good many people a while back.
