WHY, is it that you send me a bill "EVERY" month, which I pay, then during the month I send out emails, and after about 7 to 10 you "BLOCK" me from sending any more till the next day??? Are you cutting down on "MY" time on the computer, and charging me the regular rate so that you can make more money??? If the be the case you should change your name to the U. S. Government, alias Obama..............

I assume you have a residential plan. I'm guessing that the server thinks you are sending advertisements, spam or other inappropriate emails or, simply too many to fall under the terms of acceptable use for residential accounts.

If you are not advertising or otherwise doing something that fall outside of the acceptable use policy found here: http://www.exede.com/documents/master/acceptable-use-policy.pdf

email exedelistens@viasat.com or call them at 855-463-9333 and inquire as to the reason.

PERSONAL OPINION: Without further information I would think that more than 10 emails sent per day is excessive for personal reasons and, suspect that you are sending advertisements, forwarding chain letters, etc...

NO ADS...............Inappropriate emails are considered what?  Threats? Harm?........  NOPE.  If I threaten anyone, it would be, to ruin them.  NOT harm them bodily.

I suspect it's simply more emails sent per day than their enforcement program thinks is reasonable for a residential account to be sending. 10 is a lot of emails to send in one day.

If all of them have the same or similar content, like family update letters or whatever, it might work better to send to one person and CC to the rest, as I do when I need to confirm that I will be attending a company picnic to 5 different people. Instead of 5 emails, I send one and CC it to 4 of them.

Attachments might also be a problem if all of the emails have the same attachment.

I know it stinks but anymore ISPs have to be careful about allowing spam from their servers or those servers get blacklisted and no one can get email delivered. That recently happened to ATT residential email servers, including some Exede customers who subscribe via DirecTv (an ATT company now.)

Ensure that your email account credentials have not been compromised. Change your email account's password. Someone could be using your account to send unsolicited email.

While most email servers do have limits, it's typically placed upon the number of recipients and that includes those in the To, Copy and Blind Copy fields - there are other limits also including rates sent per a specified time period. Contact customer support and hopefully they can provide you with what limits have actually been configured.
