why am I getting charged more than advertized

Why am I being charged 104.99 for a 69.99 plan? This has been happening for a number of months and I am very aggravated!!!

That is something only Exede can answer.  Why don't you give them a call?

Hi Wayne,

Are you looking at the right plan? Did you maybe purchase more data? Did you move to a new address? We haven't increased prices so those 3 scenarios will be the most likely reasons your bill increased.

Wayne, what other service do you have on your account? Boost 25, Exede Voice, Equipment lease, applicable taxes? You can log in to the customer portal and view your bills. Clic on My Exede from this page to do that. http://www.exede.com/customer-portal/
