So you trade in a treasure trove of valuable info on the other forum for this "community" trash? Are you trying to emulate HughesNet? Maybe you can hire Sara from HughesNet to teach you how to use this format to avoid answering anything; Lord knows she's the expert!

I sure hope so. It's been my experience that these type forums are just Q&A sessions. Once a topic is marked as solved, there's no more interest by mods and the questioner goes on his/her merry way. I'd hate to see the Wildblue World community ripped apart by a useless format that turns everyone off!

Just a note... even when a topic is marked as "answered" or "solved", the moderator who answered/joined the conversation will still receive notifications when-ever new comments are added, just like on the old forum. Thx :)

Hi Birdman!!
It's my hope that we will quickly build up a wonderful collection of treasures on this community site as well. We need your help to do that. I encourage you to share your experiences, thoughts, ideas and concerns just as freely as you did on the other forum. If you have a concern that needs to be addressed post it up and get the dialogue going!

It may be back online, but you can't sign up on it because the image verification will not work for me (no image) no matter which browser or computer I try or no matter how much I play with the browser settings. I emailed support 08/27/13 and was told Exede Steve would be in touch to help me get signed up. I'm still waiting for a reply so I signed up here. I am still waiting on a reply on here concerning my modem 24 hours plus later.

Concerning the new forum...our goal is to make this a very productive place for all. This community will be monitored and staffed by all the same people you’re familiar with from the previous WildBlue/Exede forum.....Lizz, Elizabeth, Zac, Nick, Matt, Alex, and Steve.

That means it's a place for customers to get their questions answered and problems resolved, and it can also be a place for all of our regulars to ask us questions, as well as to discuss things among yourselves just like on the old WildBlue/Exede forum. As noted earlier, it also provides links to our Help pages in our Knowledge Base, which will make it easier for people to search and find their own answers to many questions without waiting for a reply. Yes, it’s a change...but we think it’s a change for the better, and one that will help us assist our customers who need help or need an answer to a question. Thank you.
