John, try a couple troubleshooting steps:  clear cache/cookies on your browser, restart it.  use the URL mail.wildblue.net if you're not already, and give it another shot.

If you're still not able to get in, call Customer Care at 855-463-9333, or email us at ViasatListens@viasat.com.   Be sure to have your account information handy for either option!
