Where's my Directv discount?

I was told when signing up that if I also signed up for Direct TV I would receive a $10/mo credit on my bill. After repeated contacts via chat and phone to customer service basically I was lied to, the promotion has so much red tape they find reasons not to extend it. I was afraid of switching to Exede and now I am in search for a new provider.

How long ago did you start your service with us?  The discount does not show up until the second month of service.  

If you send me your account info at ExedeListens@viasat.com, I can take a look at your account and figure out where the issue is.
