Where they are autocharge and I want to make my payment a few days earlier will they still pull the pmt out again on the due date?

Hi Robin,

Our service by default automatically withdraws funds on your billing date from the payment method on file.  If you wish to make manual payments, call into Customer Care at 855-463-9333 and ask to remove your payment method.

If you choose to do this, be aware that the bill is not generated until the billing date.  Your manual payment may be off if you purchase more data, change your data plan or when the annual property tax comes around.  I suggest keeping a close eye on your account using the customer portal at account.viasat.com.
