Where is the long term customer loyalty?

I've been a customer for 5+ years? New data plans are not available for me to switch to unless I disconnect service and reconnect? What kind of sense does this make for long term customers? Where is the customer loyalty and other than a new 24 month agreement, what sense does this make? If I'm still connected past the original 24 month agreement, doesn't it make sense I'll continue business? The stupidity of the situation and lack of loyalty to long standing customers really angers me, so am considering switching to the other provider...

I assume you are on the old Wildblue service? This has been a complaint since Exede was started.

In the same boat as Aaron.  Been with company since 09 -- customer loyalty (me) - 1; company loyalty (exede/viasat) - 0.
