I have ask you several times to fix my 81yr old mothers bill.The sale person lied to us an you are not charging what she was told. It took approx. 4 months being charged for phone srv did not order just got credit, but not for the correct amount. it is against the law to take advantage of disabled Elderly. This is what happened by more than one person that represents this company. so not only are you taken advantage and lieing to my mother your overcharging her and the service is not the speed she was told, and not getting the amount of internet she was told. These are all facts . I' am asking 1 more time for you to get this matter handled properly. I exspect a phone call to take care of this. If you want to be paid we want our service as she was told for the amount she was told. I have. Also you advertised lower $ amount. Fix this ASAP! you are not getting anymore of her $ till this problem is solved.
