I can understand the loss of unknown data can be quite frustrating, we have actually seen an increase in data consumption from some of our customer’s experiences due to the most recent Windows Updates. The number of wireless devices on your home network can also play a major role concerning data usage Please allow us to review your account and provide further support regarding your data categories. Assuming you subscribe directly to Exede (not through a wholesaler) and are not on one of the Business plans, you can review that information (as well as other information) on by going to https://myesvt.exede.net and logging in with your Exede account's credentials.

If you'd like one of the moderators here (Viasat corporate employees) to review it for you, need to send an email to the address Linsdey shows above and include your account and contact information. The account you use in this community is not tied to your Exede account - this is a public venue open to anyone who wants to view it or subscribe to it not just active customers. Obviously, don't post your account and contact information here for that reason.

Once you've done either of the above, come back here and revue some of the posts here on how to eliminate any excessive and oftentimes unwanted data usage.

Sylvia, have you tried disconnecting the modem's power for a minute or two and then powering back up?
