Our data limit of 10 GB reset itself at midnight last night. By 1 pm today, we had used up that amount. We did not do much other than web browsing and watch short videos. No gaming, Netflix or youtube. We called customer service and talked with a supervisor. We were told that we had upgraded to Windows 10 today which was not the truth. The service rep added 5 GB to our plan, but now Excede says that we have almost used the additional amount. Somehow we used the data while we were not at home! I installed a data monitor on my computer and the amount differs greatly from the amount Excede says we have used. This is a second home and we have no choice right now but to stay with sateliite Internet since it is all that is available. Unfortunately we are stuck with this company for another year! If this problem continues, our next stop is the FCC!
