Where do my bills get sent and all other correspondence????

I get no communication from Exede to include no bills. When I log onto my account I see they have my AOLmail and my phone number. I even wrote in to the contact us section, but got no response. I spent 2 hours on the phone and was told they had all the correct info. Any idea on how to solve this problem? I have tried to log on to the Exede email but it will not accept my account number and phone number.

Hello Mary,

Exede is a paperless company. We do not send out bills.  You can view this on my.exede.net (you'll have to register if you've never used it before). On there you can view billing history, make changes to  your account, add data, ect. If you have more questions or need help with this call us at 855-463-9333 or email us at exedelistens@viasat.com

Brad, I guess my question was not clear. I am well aware that it is a paperless system (duh). My question remains. How does Exede communicate with me. They indicated in the letter I got on Friday via snail mail telling me they had suspended my account that they had tried to contact me. My question is how and to what email?.I never received any communication from them until after they suspended my account when I got a letter in the mail! Are they sending it to my Exede account? I don't have access to that account ! How do I access my Exede email if my account number, mac address and phone number are not recognized. Even when I called, the many folks I talked to could not find the account initially. I can access it online. What I got from your response is that Exede does not communicate with customers but that it is expected that we check our account monthly to see the bill. To me this is terrible customer service and as soon as my contract is up on April 27th I will be switching to a different provider. I had gotten favorable reviews from neighbors when I switched to Exede. So disappointed. The only communication, email or otherwise, I have gotten since I switched to Exede in 2015 was an email from wild blue the day I switched and the letter I received on Firday regarding the suspension of my account.

So Mary all that tells me is that we don't have updated contact information for you. If you call and provide your contact information and that doesn't pull up an account for you then we need to change it. If warranted they will contact you via what email address we have for you. It's possible it is the exede email. Feel free to email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and we can update this for you to prevent a headache in the future.

I called last week and spent 2 hours on the phone most of it on hold. We reviewed the contact information and it is correct. I have also reviewed it on my account at Exede website. I do not wish to spend another 2 hours on hold. At one point I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. It was almost 50 minutes before someone came back on the line and it wasn't a supervisor. Megan helped me at least get the billing straightened out. after the 2 precious calls told me they had fixed but indeeed had not. She verified my email address at that time. I sent an email to the email address listed above and got a response saying they received it and would get back in 24 hours but I never heard another thing. This is the second time! Why is my account number not recognized? By the way my contact information has never changed from when I subscribed to the Exede or to Wild Blue!

The guys here are Corporate Staff and are way higher up the food chain so I would recommend contacting them. You won't have to spend hours on the phone with these guys and they will get your account sorted out..
