Where did our emails & contacts go & how do we find them? We have to have them to do business!!!

I NEED ACCESS TO MY EMAILS & CONTACTS BECAUSE OF BUSINESS!!! I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE NOW & HOW TO FIND THEM!!!!! I NEED THEM TODAY!!!!!! MY BUSINESS DEPENDS ON THESE!!!!!

ME TOO! I'M FURIOUS!

NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT THE RISK OF LOSING CONTACTS -
We were warned to do TakeOut ONLY if we had other Google Apps..WHICH WE DO NOT!!!

I was on a live chat and the agent said they were working on resolving the problem but had NO idea how long it would take. NOT HAPPY with that answer!

If this isn't resolved quickly I will be searching for a new internet service. I've lost all contacts and older emails so just as well start new with a new service!

Just found that signing into email at google.com brings up old emails and contacts! That helps....for now.

If that's the case then your account has not been moved as of yet. They are expecting all accounts to be moved by the end of the week next week.

I tried that,too, and was able to access what we had.  Hopefully we can still access this until accounts are moved, and praying everything moves over to the new format.  I'm still not even sure if we use any Google services such as Docs, etc., but hope the transition goes smoothly.  We are in severe panic mode right now!  ha!

Exede brad just posted that there were complications with the move last night and that's why when you log in you see nothing. They are working on it and hope to have it fixed today.

your emails and contacts will be fine. you can go to mail.google.com and sign in while waiting for the fix to happen
