Where did my data go in 15 hrs without streeming.

I had 9 gb left of the 10 I get a month and even with the 12 to 5 free use I am at 0 all
ready? This has never happened to us, we have had used 5 minutes of you tube at most.

There are a lot of guesses I could make but they would be just that...guesses. Best thing is to call Exede and they can tell you what % each category used. Best guess? You have Windows operated devices and they sucked it up with that HUGE update they are rolling out.

Kirk, what operating system(s) do you use? Any mobile devices connected that may be doing updates or, background app refreshes? Any automatic updates on your computer(s)? Are you 100% certain your wifi password is secure?

Agreed with Andy and Bev. We won't really know unless we take a look at it for you. Some of the notorious offenders are Windows update and streaming but without looking at the account I won't be able to tell you what caused it. Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and I'll take a look for you.
