We’ve recently introduced MYESVT which is just a beta program currently
MyESVT contains a more robust usage meter that will allow you to see a lot more detail about your data usage, including the types of usage, usage by type and when the usage occurred. It also has some troubleshooting and feedback tools to check out if you’re having trouble with your service (or just want to check the status).
How to get started:
1. Go to https://myesvt.exede.net and log in with your regular MyExede.net credentials.
2. Read and accept the legal agreement. If you choose to decline, you won’t be able to view MyESVT.
3. What you’ll see now is a dashboard that’s very similar to what our Care agents see if you were to call in looking for help on your account. The goal is to let you see what problems may exist as shown by the status and indicator icons on the dashboard and the actions you can take to resolve them yourself (the bottom row icons) or send it as feedback to us to help you to fix it (the mail/help icon). I hope this information has been informative.

Definitely read the agreement closely, can't stress that enough.

Does using this tool impact your data usage? For example, by fetching data or doing a speedtest from the tool, eat into the cap?
Also, is there a way to get back to the user agreement? I would like to see this again.

Thanks Steve.
Has exede considered making their sites and services exempt from the data cap and meter measurements? It seems a shame that using the tools and websites from the provider, to trouble shoot issues and improve my service, I'm in return burning through my allotment. It would be easy enough to exempt all *.exede.com from calculating in the metrics.

I just checked my usage for visiting both the Portal and eSVT this morning, and it reports 2.2 MB was used. I did not do a speed test today. I seldom do them, since speed has almost never been an issue with my connection.
