When will internet service be restored? I have a business that depends on it!

I was on hold for over an hour last night with the predicted time being only 5 minutes. No one ever got on the line and now the automatic message says that it MAY be back on by noon. What gives? Why couldn't didn't this happen yesterday. Pretty crappy customer service!

Me too Jen. We both work at home and this is a major problem. And what is worse no one will give us answers. This is beyond crappy service. Riduculous!

You guys think you have it bad, be lucky you don't live in Nevada. I live out in the middle of nowhere so my only option is Exede. I've had a broken modem for a month and a half with no end in sight as far as them getting someone out here to fix it. Seems they don't honor their contracts with repair businesses so they go through them like crazy. Nearest repair shop now is in Redding, CA (we're outside of Vegas). That repair shop called me on Friday, cancelling another repair appointment hat has been put on them by Exede cause Exede didn't honor the contract with them (basically not paying their bills!). So I have another day of fighting corporate to just send me a damn modem! Oh and I work online from home too so this has cost me bucks using my phone as a hotspot (yea Verizon) to get through this. Oh and on another note beware credits/refunds with this company. I asked for a refund for last months bill (for obvious reasons). My bill includes monthly usage, modem rental and Easycare. I was informed by a supervisor(yes it got to that point) that their policy is to CREDIT your account for the monthly usage BUT do not give you credit/refund for the modem rental (even though they KNOW its broken) nor the Easycare when obviously I have nothing to protect, it's already broken. So in the end I'm still paying for & being charged for A BROKEN MODEM!
