I called and requested the new upgraded unlimited plan on December 4. I am STILL waiting on the equipment and when I made the service order I was told 3-5 days. I tried to email privately about this issue, but the site to email you took me somewhere else. Why would I trust my phone service with you guys too if you can't get this right? I'm kind of aggravated because the person I spoke with passed the bland to UPS....who have been delivering presents to my house all week. If they had the new equipment I would have gotten it.
