When I try to change my plan, the available plans are blank. I can see my current plan, but not the available ones. Please help ASAP.

Travis, i think that is what most are seeing.  During this period of transition, new V2 getting ready, i don't think Exede wants anyone to change their plan.  After V2 up, you will probably start seeing plans again.

Looks like your best best is as Poor White Trash suggested: call ViaSat.

For what it's worth, I haven't had a new plans available to me for a while now (a little over a week or so). I just checked, and I'm still not seeing anything. I keep checking though, just in case the Freedom Plan makes its rare appearance.

The Freedom Plan, unfortunately is going away it appears, never to return again.

Too bad as it finally opened up to me a month ago, and it is great! I gladly forgo "unlimited" so I don't have my video resolution negatively impacted.

New plans are coming out next month I have been seeing posts all over the boards about this.When I log in to my account I also see just the plan I am on that is it and it has been like that all of this month.Has to be connected to the new stuff.
