What's up with the outage in the Denver area? Support is saying it could be down for 10 hours? Seriously?

I’m near Minneapolis and we’re down too. When I got ahold of the CS Rep he said it is a major outage affecting 400 areas. I guess the good news about that is they should have ALL their resources working on fixing the problem. I felt bad for the CS Rep, he said he’s already had people screaming at him. I never understood that- it’s not like he personally pulled the plug. The call center folks are going to have a rough day.

It just came back!  We'll see for how long.  But yeah, I agree... As frustrating as it is, I don't take it out on the support guys.

Satellite internet. It happens from time to time. In the early days of satellite internet, the satellite actually drifted put of position for some reasons. Was out for a few days. Things happen. Why I always had a backup to satellite internet.

What plan are you on and how much priority data have you used for your current billing cycle?

It takes time to launch a tech 25,000 miles in space to make the repairs. LOL.

Just got home from work. Looks like it’s working again.
