I have been on the phone with customer service a couple of times now. Most recently I was sent over to what I believe to be an independent contractor to assist remotely with speed slowness. When connected to the Ethernet it was okay, but wifi continues to be an issue. Following working with the remote service provider, speeds were better. However, the individual suggested I try a speed test again during non peak hours. I did that and speeds are really slow. I attempted to contact customer service again and now suddenly my cell phone, which is the primary number associated with this account, is "unauthorized" to make calls to that number. I am really trying to be patient and work with the company, but I cannot do so if they will not accept my calls. I have sent emails to the company and the company which did the installation. Does anyone have any insight into how I should approach this issue?
