Hi Jason, your best bet would be to contact the manufacture of your router for assistance in retrieving this information as we do not provide or reset passwords for your 3rd party routerĀ

Jason, If you post your router brand and model, someone on the forum can probably tell you what the default password is.

Jason, you should Google your router model number and manufacturer, that should lead you to a link to your router's manual. That will tell you how to get into the router. If the router has had the login credentials changed, you may need to do a "Factory Reset" and then go through a new setup.
