Inappropriate response

What is wrong with you people? This is a completely inappropriate response to my email:

Thank you for contacting ViaSat. My name is JaRay and I'm following up on your recent request for help from our online support center. Please find a summary of your request and my response below: 

I understand you have had issues that made you consider disconnecting your account. 

We do apologize for any inconvenience that you have been caused. We are however, very happy to hear that your issue was resolved. If you would like to, you can call in and file a technician complaint. We are willing to assist you in any way we can. Just contact us at 1-866-946-3258 or 1-855-463-9333. We would hate to lose your business as you are a valued customer. 

I am so dissatisfied with your service, if my local service technician (Larry- Cochise County) had not made a special effort to help me, I would have canceled my account next week. I have been without service for 3 weeks and whoever sets up the service calls cancels them last minute and messes them up. Your service is simply unacceptable and, as soon as my 2 years are up, I will start looking for alternatives. 

Thank you for choosing ViaSat, provider of Exede and Wildblue internet services, as your internet provider. We appreciate your business.

Hi Alyson I do apologize about the email you received from our support team. I am glad that your tech Larry was able to get you serviced and your internet back up and running. I am sorry that all the service calls that were scheduled were all canceled.
