OK I'll see what I can find out. We had something like this about a week or so ago and it came back on. Possibly website maintenance but in the meantime you can call us if you need to change plans.

So I think this is to help with our modem backlog. If you give us a call at 855-463-9333 we can upgrade you if you wish.

Hi Marla.

Most likely the plans available in your area require a modem upgrade (currently have a back-log). You can still upgrade but please call us at  855-463-9333

still no fix, the only thing that still show's up is the current
plan that I have nothing else, It would help me change plans if this were fixed, as at this point I have no phone service, so this is the only way I see to change my plan.

The brand new satellite which will require a new modem, new tria, and a dish repointing.

IMHO, wait to see what it has to offer in way of plans vs. trying to upgrade to outdated technology today.

Not if you already got the modem used for unlimited. I think it would be fine to bump up to Silver. I was talking about those waiting on the space heater modem.

Ya. With the delay in shipping the modems that support the Speed Boost and then new packages with new modes required a couple weeks out, I can see why Viasat put a halt on things. Probably by the time the backordered modems are available, some people will want to make the move to Viasat-2 and that requires new hardware. Just seems wasteful to me.

Now since you already have the upgraded modem, it's no big deal for you to change plans. No new hardware or dush repointing needed.
