I assume you mean Truck Roll. Don't click that, Rolling trucks costs a lot of money, uses way to much paper and, trucks are very hard to smoke. :P :D
Honestly, I don't know for certain but, I assume that schedules a service call and, thus bills you 95.00 for the service call.

Esvt is not a customer feature,, I am not surprised that some techs or other former employees have "Leaked" the info on how to access this tool. I am sure that protocols will be changed as often as necessary to preserve the functions of this tool for those who truly need to use it.

Rae, you are very wrong. the eSVT tool has been available to the direct subscribers of Exede for more than a year or two. It was not "leaked", but formally introduced by Exede Alex, a corporate ViaSat employee, and supervisor of the social media moderator team. It has proven very useful to many of us users. Lately it has been difficult to log in to by some subscribers. It is a beta version of a user tool that is still in development.

The eSVT tool was opened up to direct subscribers in March 2016 as the My eSVT tool - modifications to the original eSVT tool were made to prevent/disallow/disable and or hide certain features applicable only to customer agents - still not available to those of us who subscribe through 3rd party wholesalers, business subscribers and the like. While it may be visible, I would expect the truck roll function to be disabled for customers.

That's strictly for our employee access.
