What is the contact number to get in touch with Exede tech support? I was given a number by the installer and also a number from the contact us drop down neither one is a valid number according to the messages I get when I call the numbers. I just got service yesterday and my speed tests are less than 2 Mbps down and less than 1Mbps up I have no idea what my plan is though my invoice says Excede 12-25 my account number on my invoice and my modem mac address isn't close to what I have. I need help and cannot even get a valid phone number!
