urgent: salesforce login not working

salesforce.com is coming up when I attempt to reach my.exede.net.

anyone know what's going on?

my usual login doesn't work.

I clicked on "Use Custom Domain" and typed in my.exede.net

It still doesn't work.

I tried to use "Forgot Your Password?" and it also doesn't work, and will say "We’ve sent you an email with a link to finish resetting your password" no matter what you enter for an email address, including total garbage.

Can anyone call Exede at 855-463-9333 and find out what's going on?  I am not able to make a phone call where I am.  If you reach them, please post the info here.  thanks

I just spoke with Customer Care-   they are changing the servers and the account pages will be unavailable for a few more hours and they apologize for the inconvenience!

i told them that i was afraid it was a phishing site- the representative said no, it is going there because of the servers changing.

Thanks, John.  I was also worried something phishy was going on.  I'm surprised they didn't give us some kind of heads up.  I don't think I got an email warning of this transition.
