I lose my internet all the time and always run out of data no matter what we do, last night before I went to bed I checked and we have used 5 out of 10 GB of data already just 5 days into the month and our computer has been down for 2 of those days!Now it's the next day the 6th, and we are up to 5.7!!!That's just doing Facebook and some light surfing with my morning coffee!! Really wish I could find internet that works out in the country :(

I seem to be having the same issue.  I read library books, Facebook, email, and shop.  I have used over 7GB this month with 9 more days to go.  Can you check to see what I am using?  I will stop whatever it is if possible.   This has been going on for the past couple of months by the way and I have not changed my habits that I can think of.

Which operating system (or operating systems if more than one) do you utilize? For example Windows 10, Windows 7, Window 8, etc.

In addition which browser do you use?

You may simply need to ensure those aren't using data in the background and that you may simply be unaware of. Many times it's unnecessary data or unwanted that can be tamed easily, which would allow staying within what I assume is a 10GB data cap (and your already pretty close to staying within it).          

And which Exede Plan do you have?
