I open my statement email and it shows my account has paid approx. $13 more than my usual cost on my monthly bill. I go online to see the statement has a new charge on it for "Excede EasyCare", not only for the month of October but I was also back-billed for the month of September. What is "Excede EasyCare" and how can you add it to my account without notifying me of the charges first? I don't know what it is or even if I want to add it to my account. How can I have my bill adjusted to remove these charges? What is Exceed EasyCare?
