What happened to the email files I created to organize and save important emails?

What happened to my email files? For years, I have been moving important emails into files I created under the last email system. Now I can't find my files or file new emails. The options seem to be limited to delete or leave emails in the long, unorganized inbox. Please help. robin

Hello Robin, sorry your files did not transfer as they were scheduled too. This may possibly have something to do with some configuration settings.
