As the title says I am wondering what does all this mean?

I assume it's the signal strength or something?

One stat might mean its cold where you live.  I see nothing wrong with other stats...good RX (reception), and TX (transmitter) appears OK.  Viasat listens, but does not explain.

SNR is the important one, the higher the better and 10.5 is excellent, very good alignment and a good location for the dish.

All of your numbers look good.
