What do I need to do to cancel my plan?

I am no longer interested in satellite Internet and have already purchased Internet from another company.

You have to call customer service and tell them you are cancelling. Has to be done in a call, and you will be responsible for any early cancellation fees which are $15/month for every month left on your two year contract.
