what devices is using my data? How can i tell if its my phone, tv or computer?

I was gone from Aug 20th to the 26th. my wifi was unpluged.

You may like to take part of MYESVT, this is a beta program currently in use by some our customers, which could give you more of an insight including devices on your network. It also has some troubleshooting and feedback tools to check out if you’re having trouble with your service (or just want to check the status).

if his router was unplugged there should be no useage whatsoever, this has happened to me as well before.

I did figure out part of my problem was my phone. I had AT&T apps which constantly requested updates. AT&T is not my carrier. I have sence deleted the AT&T apps. I also had the phone auto switch between Wi-Fi networs while I was on vacation. That to is off. My internet usage has dropped greatly :)
