What date can I cancel my Exede account without extra fees?

Exede internet is VERY SLOW. I originally switched because I was using Verizon with unlimited usage for $65 a month. I was sold on Exede because it was going to be $49.99. Well with all the fees it is $69 a month and it is VERY SLOW. I fell for it... I have been unhappy ever since I signed up!

Carrie, have you used all of your data for the month. Speeds are slowed once you use all of the data included in your plan.

I'm having the same slow issues and I have 20 days left in billing cycle. And I haven't used all my 12gb up yet. This internet is horrible. And I'm paying more than really quoted when signed up.

yes they will "look" into it but do nothing else!! I have been trying to cancel my service for 2 months. Still being charged $60.38 per month. So for 2 months that $120.76. may not be but a drop in the buck for them but its the whole bucket for me! And they can not understand why I am upset... SMH

Absolutely terrible advice, Page - canceling the credit card doesn't relieve you of debt and will damage your credit score. There are legitimate ways to contest charges, that's not one of them and it actually does more long term harm than good.

Canceling a credit card even under good circumstances can be a tricky matter and consideration of how it can affect credit history and score needs to be taken. Never act out of anger or emotion.

Hi  Carrie,  Our plans range from $49.99 to $149.99 plus an equipment fee of $9.99 each month. There may be taxes as well, based on your location. EasyCare and Voice will have an additional charge for each.

If you disconnect your service before the end of your 24-month minimum service term, you may be charged an early termination fee (ETF) of $15 for every month remaining on the contract.
