What are Excede/Wildblue's normal business hours? It seems no one is ever available. I have tried this morning, Monday 11:15 a.m. EST to reach a live person and keep getting "you have called outside normal business hours" and an immediate hang-up.  I realize customer service has always sketchy with Wildblue/Excede but this is a sad situation.

I am with you. It is now almost 2PM EST and I have been trying to speak with someone since 8AM EST. I get the "outside normal business hours message". Do they work the night shift?

No. The number, that used to be the number (which I had in my cell phone, and probably you do also) is not the right number the correct number I found, is 855-463-9333. Good luck. This is a strange company. I'm sorry we have to rely on them so heavily. You would think an answering machine with the correct number would have been a more legitimate and reasonable recording.

The number I am calling is the one you listed. Did you actually get through today on that number? I am still getting the business hours message.

Hi Al, can you tell me which number you called exactly. I want to review and find out if there are issues reaching these numbers.  Thank you!

I don't remember what the number was. It was the Wildblue number I had called for the past 8 years to reach Wildblue. Throughout its history of name changes, etc. It was programmed into my cell phone. I am relieved to know I was not crazy, and that other folks had experienced a similar problem. It was very misleading. Asking you to enter your phone number associated with the account, whether you wanted billing assistance, or technical, and when you made the Technical selection. "I'm sorry, you have called outside normal business hours, please call back during normal business hours." Then without telling you what normal hours were, hangs up.  You get the feeling you have been pulled into a "black hole." How does a large let something like this happen?

Extremely bad, reflection on Exede/Wildblue to not know what their automated recordings are putting out under their name. I however called it numerous times at various times of day and night getting the same response.  It was only after I went back to the Exede Website and found another number, which I called and actually was able to make contact with a person. Which, by the way, I still was not able to get an acceptable remedy.  People using Exede/Wildblue, are usually in a position they have to use Exede/Wildblue as it is their only alternative. It is expensive, and the service is historically bad no matter what the name of the company changes. If I had another choice, I would have used it. I continually hope they change for the better. At this point-in-time, the service remains poor as well as expensive.
