It is most likely because Exede uses AutoPay and deducts your bill amount on the day of your new cycle. Therefore, you would have a zero balance, but the credit, debit card or bank account that you provided when you signed up for your Exede service would have had the amount of your monthly bill deducted. You should see the payment date and amount if you look at https://my.exede.net/dashboard
I did not sign up for you to withdraw from my account, but noticed you took $70.78 on 11/08/15. Not happy about that. I prefer to pay bill personally as I am a senior recently widowed with fixed income and do not want to be charged overdrawn fees if I should not have enough funds to cover your withdrawal.
