Confused about bill

I am confused about the email I just got reguarding my? first bill, 60 was removed from my account already a few days ago and now I have another bill? I don't get paid until the 26th so there will be no money in my account to take out of again until then. If it helps to straighten things out lets move the due date of this bill even if it means paying two payments at once. Also my name is Robin Rene, and the email came to my email box, but its name said shirely strickland so maybe its not even a bill for me? Please straighten this account out and it does not bode well to have this weird billing issue already with only one week of service

The $60.00 was most likely a Credit Card Authorization, It verifies that at least $60 is available on the credit card and returns the funds within 1 day.

I’m sorry if billing was not explained to you in full that first charge is for the first month of service in advance, PLUS the 1-3 days from your install until that first month officially starts. There might also be lines for any applicable lease fees, taxes or install charges. As Exede Brad has mentioned, please give us a call at 866.945.3258 in regards to your account name changes. I have called twice and ran out of patience being on hold for over and hour once and the next time my phone hung up probably just from being idle.....there is no name change on my account my name is the same as when I signed up

oh and funds were certainly not returned in one day they have still not been returned, which would make no sense anyway if you were going to turn around and bill again a and then call it late on the first day of the bill....lets just straighten this out....monday charge my card whatever you need to to get everything current and charge enough so that my bill will be due on the last week of the month or the first week of the month from then on
