ViaSat is an E-company, and does not send out paper bills. Your bills are available on-line. You should be receiving an email stating that your bill is available on line, and showing the amount. This email also includes a link to your itemized bill.
Hello Lois, Steve is correct; Since Exede is a paperless company, we communicate with our customers via email. When a customer wants a copy of their bill, we direct them to Online eCare and they can print the bill from their browser. Please feel free to view a copy of your invoice through your customer portal at myexede.net.
