Be it recorded this 29th day of February 2016. Your team member just hung the phone up on me, Arlene Jamieson, one of your customers. I called to update my credit card information and look into why I had not received my $344.40 credit owed to me via an error on Exede/WildBlue's part. While I was checking my credit card records he (Jeff) hung up on me. Now, I did find where on Dec. 16, 2015 Exede did indeed refund me a portion of what was owed, they still owe me 194.93. This will show up on my next statement or I will begin litigation for unlawful charges on my credit card. PERIOD! We love our Exede internet and hate to switch to another provider. In addition we tell everyone about Exede who live around here. Arlene J. Jamieson
