We just got a new roof put on and our internet is not working!

They had to take off dish and put it back on and now our connection is off! Please help!

Hi Sheila,

could you either call us at 855-463-9333 or email us at exedelistens@viasat.com? (phone will be quicker). Chances are that the dish is not pointed at the satellite and that'll be why you're not able to go online

Sheila - Be sure you check out EASY CARE if you haven't already. Without it you will be charged $95 for re-peaking your dish. With EASY CARE you can have your dish moved once a year without any additional cost and there is no cost for service calls.

Is EASY CARE  effective the day you subscribe to it?

Just curious. I know someone that bumped their dish with a tractor and I lined it up again for them using signal levels shown in the modem page.  It works great but still...

Yes! As long as you have it and keep it 90 days after the appointment you won't be charged
